Since 1913, the Tulsa SPCA has worked diligently to serve as an advocate and to speak for those who cannot speak for themselves. Our mission is to improve the lives of dogs and cats, and their human companions. We do so through a variety of services, including: low cost veterinary care (spay/neuter services, vaccine clinics, preventative care); adoptions, including a Mobile Adoption Center; Cruelty Investigations; foster program and community engagement. We are not an affiliate of the ASPCA and do not receive an allocation of money from them each year, nor do we receive government assistance. So your support is critical in helping the Tulsa SPCA to continue providing these critical services to our community.
