Animals need our help. That's why we do what we do, plain and simple. Ruff Start Rescue rescues stray, neglected, abandoned, and surrendered dogs, cats, and critters and works hard to place them in new, loving homes. We rescue an average of 275 animals a month, many of which come from horrible living situations or overcrowded shelters where their time is limited. We're able to step in and step up for these animals, provide outstanding veterinary care, and find them loving forever homes because of generous animal welfare advocates like you. Ruff Start doesn't receive any local, state, or federal funding. We depend on people just like you to help cover medical costs and provide the supplies these animals need to thrive.
