During the busy summer months, our organization can have hundreds of kittens in foster homes each month, many of which require formula, toys, litter boxes, and play pens to make their time in foster comfortable and positive. Due to the high amount of kittens we care for each day, these supplies are at a constant critically low level. Donations made to the Clear the Shelters Fund will provide the support needed for us to ensure that each litter of kittens receives everything that they need while in their loving foster homes.

Greater Good Charities and The Animal Rescue Site are joining NBC and Telemundo stations’ Clear The Shelters pet adoption campaign to support shelters and rescues across the country by encouraging individuals to donate funds to help animal welfare groups with the most critical needs.

Each summer, shelters and rescues face an added stress on their resources from increases in puppy and kitten intakes due to spring litters. In 2021 shelters are reporting higher than normal intake rates, with unprecedented overpopulation in some areas. They need you now.

Every bit counts. Search for your local shelter or rescue below and make a direct donation to support them. The Animal Rescue Site is covering 100% of credit card transaction fees so 100% goes to help.

Beginning on Tuesday, August 31 at 12pm PT, Hill’s Pet Nutrition is again matching all donations dollar for dollar up to $25,000. All gifts will be doubled until the match runs out! Starting at noon PT on that day, a $25,000 total pool will be made available.
