Most of its artisans have been with the company for several decades, working with Dellapina for so many years to help pass the process of making handcrafted jewelry to the next generation. Every individual has the opportunity to go from apprentice to being a teacher.
This work enables the small collective of employees to support their families – sending their children to school, and preparing them for a better future.
