No one should have to suffer losing a limb because they cannot afford treatment. Help an underinsured Diabetic patient get the lifesaving medication they need.
Sometimes insurance isn't enough when the only medication that gives you hope costs more than insurance will provide. This requires thousands of dollars in co-pays or other out-of-pocket costs. Hundreds of patients, many whom are diabetic, who are being treated are choosing between their health and their family's financial livelihood - a choice the Patient Access Network (PAN) Foundation feels patients should never have to face.
By contributing to the PAN Foundation's Lower Extremity Ulcers Co-Pay Assistance Program, you can help hundreds of patients across the U.S. have better financial access to the medications that help them lead healthy, productive lives. Patients are approved for assistance based on financial need for their medications, ensuring access to the patients who need our help the most.
You can help. Just $7.00 per day helps provide much needed medicine.
Patient Access Network (PAN) Foundation is a nationwide nonprofit dedicated to providing help and hope to underinsured patients who are unable to afford the out-of-pocket costs associated with their life-saving medications. PAN assists patients with certain cancers, chronic illnesses and rare diseases through over 55 + disease-specific programs that cater to patient's distinct financial challenges.
