Hundreds of patients who are being treated for age-related macular degeneration and diabetic macular edema face this reality every year, choosing between their vision and their family's financial livelihood - a choice the PAN Foundation feels patients should never have to face.
By contributing to the PAN Foundation's Macular Disease Co-Pay Assistance Program, you can help hundreds of patients including patients with diabetes across the US have better financial access to the medications that help them lead healthy, productive lives. Patients are approved for assistance based on proven financial need for their medications, ensuring access the patients who need our help the most.

Patient Access Network (PAN) Foundation is a nationwide nonprofit dedicated to providing help and hope to underinsured patients who are unable to afford the out-of-pocket costs associated with their life-saving medications. PAN assists patients with certain cancers, chronic illnesses and rare diseases through nearly 60+ disease-specific programs that cater to patient's financial challenges.
