Shop once, help save animals in need again & again! A Subscribe 2 Good product subscription lets you select a product to be conveniently reordered for you at the frequency you choose and instantly doubles your impact for each product subscription recurring order!

For example, if a one-time product purchase helps feed 35 shelter animals in need, with a monthly Subscribe 2 Good product subscription, you'll instead be contributing double that amount -- 70 meals! -- for shelter animals with each order, month after month, at no extra cost to you.

There are many product types available for Subscribe 2 Good. With a Subscribe 2 Good recurring contribution to products that give directly, such as Benefit Buys, it's simple to ensure you're creating an ongoing positive impact on animal rescue causes. By opting to receive fantastic products on a recurring basis via Subscribe 2 Good, such as pet supplies, personal items, or consumables, you’ll feel wonderful each time your package arrives knowing your order helped feed and care for twice as many shelter animals in need.

Plus, on the 12th order of your product subscription, as a special gift recognizing your anniversary as a Subscribe 2 Good customer, we'll contribute a free extra donation on your behalf to fund formula for an orphaned shelter kitten or puppy in need to get them safely from birth to weaning.

► How To Subscribe 2 Good

When a product is eligible for a Subscribe 2 Good subscription, you will see a “Subscribe 2 Good” selection available. Currently, we are only able to offer a limited selection of product subscriptions on The Animal Rescue Site store.

► Steps To Start Your Subscription

To begin a product subscription:

  1. Find an eligible product on The Animal Rescue Site store.
  2. Select the “Subscribe” option and set your preferred delivery frequency.
  3. Select your preferred quantity.
  4. Use “Complete Subscription” button open a new tab to complete your product subscription.
    Note: Product subscription orders must be completed separately from one-time purchase orders. You will be prompted to finish your one-time purchase checkout after completing your product subscription.
  5. Input your email address, shipping information, and billing & payment information.
    Note: Only credit cards can be used for product subscriptions. Promotional offers, shipping offers, and discount codes may be different or may not apply to product subscriptions.
  6. Select “Place my order.”
  7. Thank you for your product subscription! You will also receive a confirmation of your first order, as well as an email confirming your product subscription creation.
► Accepted Payment Options

Currently, only credit cards can be used for product subscriptions. We cannot accept gift cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, or other 3rd party payments processing services.

► Discounts & Promotions

Certain promotional offers, shipping discounts, and discount codes may be intended exclusively for one-time purchases and may not apply to product subscriptions.

► Communications

We'll communicate any important information regarding your product subscription to the email address used to create your subscription.

For example, a few days before each subscription order, we will send an email notification letting you know your next order date is approaching so you can make any necessary updates, if needed. Other communication types may include:

  • Product or subscription updates
  • Price changes
  • Upcoming subscription expiration
  • Upcoming credit card expiration
  • Credit card denied or requires authentication
  • Shipping address issues
  • Subscription delay or insufficient inventory
► Manage Your Product Subscription
► Account Required

With an account for The Animal Rescue Site store, you can easily adjust the delivery schedule of your subscription, edit address & payment information, view past orders, and much more! Simply login to your existing account or create an account with the email address matching your product subscription and select “Manage Subscriptions” to view or manage your product subscriptions.

► Change Your Order Schedule

To change your product subscription order schedule, order frequency, or order interval:

  1. Login to your account and select “Manage Subscriptions.”
  2. To change your next order date, update the “Next Order Date” to any preferred date in the future. This will also change the order date for all future orders according to the frequency of your subscription. Your next order will process on the date selected.
  3. Select “Change frequency” to make a change to the frequency and intervals of your future product subscription orders.
  4. Changes made will apply starting with your next subscription order.
► Edit Quantity

To change the quantity of a product for all future orders in your subscription:

  1. Login to your account and select “Manage Subscriptions.”
  2. Select "View Details."
  3. Select "Products in your subscription."
  4. Select "Edit quantity" and update the quantity field.
  5. Select “Update quantity."
  6. Changes made will apply starting with your next subscription order.

To change the quantity of a product for a single upcoming order:

  1. Login to your account and select “Manage Subscriptions.”
  2. Select "View Details."
  3. Select "Manage upcoming orders."
  4. Find the upcoming order for which you wish to change quantity.
  5. Select "Edit quantity" and update the quantity field.
  6. Select “Update quantity."
  7. Changes made will apply for when that order processes.
► Update Your Address & Shipping Information

To change your shipping or billing address information for your product subscription:

  1. Login to your account and select “Manage Subscriptions.”
  2. Select “View Details.”
  3. Select “Address and shipping information.”
  4. Select “Edit” next to the information you wish to update.
  5. Changes made will apply starting with your next subscription order.
► Update Your Payment Information

To change your payment information for your product subscription:

  1. Login to your account and select “Manage Subscriptions.”
  2. Select “View Details.”
  3. Select “Payment information” and select “Edit.”
  4. Update your card number, expiration month, expiration year, or CVC, and select “Save Changes.”
  5. Changes made will apply starting with your next subscription order.
► Skip Your Next Order

You may skip up to seven upcoming product subscription orders:

  1. Login to your account and select “Manage Subscriptions.”
  2. Select “View Details.”
  3. Select “Manage upcoming orders.”
  4. Find the upcoming order you wish to skip and select “Skip order.”
  5. If you change your mind, simply select “Resume order.”
► Pause or Resume Your Subscription

There are times when a longer pause on a subscription is helpful. To pause a product subscription:

  1. Login to your account and select “Manage Subscriptions.”
  2. Find the section “Subscription Status.”
  3. If the subscription is active, select “Pause Subscription.”
  4. If the subscription is paused, select “Resume Selection.”

After pausing your product subscription, you may still see a list of upcoming orders in your subscription management section, but another order will not process until you resume your subscription.

► Cancel Your Subscription

Cancelling your subscription is easy:

  1. Login to your account and select “Manage Subscriptions.”
  2. Select “View details.”
  3. Select “Cancel Subscription.”
  4. Select a cancellation reason so that we may work to improve our product subscriptions.
  5. Submit “Cancel Subscription.”
► Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the terms and conditions ("Terms") for our product subscription ordering program (“Product Subscriptions”). These Terms are between you and CharityUSA.com LLC and/or its affiliates who supply the product subscription ordering program ("GreaterGood", "we" or "us"), and govern your and our respective rights and obligations. The Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GreaterGood relating to Product Subscriptions. Please note that your use of GreaterGood websites is also governed by our Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements on the GreaterGood websites, all of which (as changed over time) are incorporated into these Terms. By placing an order through Product Subscriptions, you accept these terms, conditions, limitations and requirements. Please read these Terms carefully.

► Benefits & Pricing

The Product Subscriptions benefits discussed on the Product Subscriptions & Subscribe 2 Good details pages and Frequently Asked Questions pages are part of these Terms. GreaterGood reserves the right to change the Product Subscriptions benefits, including donation amounts, discount amounts, and eligibility used to determine donation and discount amounts, at any time in its sole discretion. All changes will apply to future orders, including for current subscriptions.

Some of the product subscription details may change as you receive deliveries over time (for example, donation, price, taxes, availability, shipping charges, and the supplier). If the product is unavailable when we plan to ship it, you authorize us to fulfill your order with a similar product that we believe will meet your expectations.

We reserve the right to change our product subscription plans or adjust pricing for our service, products, or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. We will attempt to notify you via email of any price changes to your product subscriptions.

► Eligible Purchases

Product Subscriptions benefits are limited to products displaying the Subscribe 2 Good offer message and the seller indicated in the offer message. Product Subscriptions are only available to customers shipping to addresses in the United States. Some eligible products may only be available for shipping within the forty-eight (48) contiguous US states. Your participation in the Product Subscriptions program is personal to you, and you may not assign or transfer your Subscription or any of the benefits to any third party.

Product Subscription discounts and any Product Subscription limited time special promotions in effect apply only to eligible products displaying the offer message on the Product Subscription product information pages, and then only if you select the Product Subscription delivery method. Product Subscriptions are good while supplies last. Special limited time subscription promotions only apply during their effective dates.

All returns under Product Subscriptions are subject to the GreaterGood Returns policy. Product Subscriptions subscriptions are void where prohibited.

► Payment & Cancellation

The total cost charged to your payment method for each Product Subscriptions order will be the cost of the product on the day that order is processed less the Product Subscriptions discount, if applicable, plus any applicable sales tax. You will be charged to your payment method on the specified “next order date” indicated on your "Account" page. The length of your Product Subscription will depend on the type of subscription that you chose. Once a product subscription order has been processed and fulfillment has begun, the order cannot be cancelled, but the order may be eligible for return or exchange, per our Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations policies.

GreaterGood does not currently accept gift card or reward certificate credit as a Product Subscriptions payment method. Only eligible credit cards can be used as a payment method for Product Subscriptions.

The charge for each Product Subscriptions product shipment will be billed to the payment method used to create your subscription or as otherwise directed by you. If we are unable to complete your Product Subscriptions order with the payment method you used to create your subscription, you will receive notification via email that payment has failed and you must update your payment information within three billing attempts or your subscription will be cancelled automatically.

Your Product Subscriptions subscription will automatically create a new order according to your chosen delivery schedule, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time via your GreaterGood store account page, which can be found by clicking Login on the store. If you cancel your subscription and then reactivate it, the discount applied to any Product Subscriptions product may not be the same discount in effect at the time of cancellation. If the Product Subscriptions discount percentage for such Product Subscriptions product changes, the new discount will be applied to your future shipments of that product.

We may also, in our sole discretion, terminate your subscriptions at any time without notice. If we do so, you will only be charged for orders that have been shipped to you.

► Agreement Changes

We may, in our sole discretion, change these Terms, (including all applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements on the GreaterGood website), without notice to you. If any change to these terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS.

► Order Delivery Timeline

Subscription orders of virtual products will be processed same-day of each order.

Subscription orders of physical products will be processed within 24-48 hours of each order. One of the benefits of subscribing is that your order will be prioritized by our fulfillment team.
